    Wagyu burger patty, cheddar cheese, specialty sauce, mango slaw.

    The Australian Wagyu Burger at Cherry Oak on Owen Road showed promise and then failed to capitalise. The patty is decent and the mango slaw brings a sweet crunch that lifts things, but the wood smoke the place is built on barely registers, and the fries are ordinary. Pleasant enough, just forgettable.
