Wagyu burger patty, cheddar cheese, specialty sauce, mango slaw.

⚖️ The Australian Wagyu Burger at Cherry Oak on Owen Road showed promise and then failed to capitalise. The patty is decent and the mango slaw brings a sweet crunch that lifts things, but the wood smoke the place is built on barely registers, and the fries are ordinary. Pleasant enough, just forgettable.
