The Miso Bacon Burger at Black Bear Burger in London is touted as the second best burger in the world, and it is a very nice combo: dry aged patty, smoked bacon and a miso butter mayo that ties it together. Eaten a day after Fallow’s, though, it loses big time. No fries on the tray.

The Smoked Bacon Burger at Fallow in London was an honest, superb burger with some sneaky fine dining tricks, like charring the lettuce. The patty and the choucroute do the talking, and even the fries are properly good. Nothing to fault here. This is Fallow.
