    Orchard burgers live in malls and hotels, so expect air-con and a lunch queue rather than a proper burger bar. Our favourite is the double cheeseburger at Nothing But Cheeseburger in Orchard Central, cheesy and juicy. Tigress at Orchardgateway comes close, mostly thanks to its BBQ mayo. The hotel burgers at Crossroads Cafe and Komyuniti on the YOTEL rooftop were fine and forgettable. Ollie at The Centrepoint looked the part but came out well-done when we asked for medium.
