Signature Polo Bar Burger, Polo Bar Steakhouse, Singapore

The Signature Polo Bar Burger at Polo Bar Steakhouse in Tanjong Pagar was one of the best burgers we’ve had. The patty was just damn good and perfectly done, with all the other ingredients there to support it. Nice touch to serve mayo for fries without asking, in addition to ketchup.

Ps. Five different prime cuts go into that patty, Dry Aged Galician Beef Chuck Roll among them, and you can taste every one of them.
