    Best Burgers in Bugis, Singapore

    Bugis burgers split between the hotel bars on Middle Road and Beach Road, the restaurants in Duo Galleria, and the shophouses around Arab Street. The best one is the wagyu burger at The Meating Place in Duo Galleria. It is simple and very good, even if the fries were soggy. St. Marc’s BBQ burger in the same building and the Number One at 25 Degrees in Hotel G are both solid. Working Title on Arab Street does a bacon burger that kills the craving. The hotel bar burgers at Alley on 25 and Quaich Bar were average, though Quaich’s whisky flight was excellent.

    We have eaten 9 burgers in Bugis between 2021 and 2024, averaging 3.553 out of 5. 5 of the 8 still open score four stars or better. The cheapest is the Number One Burger at 25 Degrees, 14 SGD. 1 has closed since we visited and is marked as such.
